I mounted the ballasts differently than shown in the pics. These pics are from right after I connected them and tested them. I still gotta make a slit on the housing caps for the D2 connector wire to go through. Gotta get my cousins dremmel.

I had to shave of some of the base. they sit snug right just like a 9006 bulb but just without the 3 arms. Then the metal prong holds them in place. I like how these ballast heads have that heavy duty look.

This is how the bulbs look the second you turn them on. They look kinda like Riceroni's in the pick but they look like OEM BMW, Audi in person:

Right now the bulbs still look kinda yellowish to me. Hopefully they whiten up over the next few weeks.

You'll just have to pull up to a wall and see. Go behind a grocery store or a Walmart at night.

so you used an unrebased oem kit.....well that would explain it not fitting right
