Welcome Benny, but god **** it, I paid almost $13k for mine back in '04 and that was supposed to be an absolute bargain. As for LEDs, there are unlikely to be legal except with red and blue which are emergency service colours. I have almost 100% LED in my car's exterior but I doubt any cop would even notice. Enjoy!
 What part of town are you from? I'm from the south-eastern suburbs.
