I love the headlights on BMW 3 series cars and they look almost the exact shape as the Millenia's.
I figured if I were to maybe mod it a little I can get it to fit, does anyone know if it's possible?

Well if u have the time and money yeah u can make them fit. Actually the bimmer projectors are slightly smaller than the millys projectors. I also wanted 2 do a retro fit wit the lexus rx 350 projectors but nobody ever messaged me bak on how 2 do a retro fit and what all would b needed 2 do 1. Guess everybody got tired of hearin about retro fittin. Lol

Pretty sure the end result wouldn't look pretty. I'm guessing you're talking about the E36 headlamps from 92-98 rather than the E46 from 99-06. Yeah, they have roughly the same dimensions but are probably a little too tall and will leave gaps on the left and right side. It will look more "backyard repair" than custom if I had to imagine. Replacing a perfectly functional factory piece with a factory piece from another make/model = don't do it.
