Okay, so why don't I rephrase the question since there haven't been any replies. I have heard that you measure from the center of the wheel to the fender to decide the ride height. Has anyone heard anything different? Can you adjust the spring height while they are on the car without damaging them? Or do you just have to keep taking the wheel on and off and adjusting it until you get what you want?

The height is easily adjusted just by removing the wheel and loosening the locking ring.[/b]

okay cool. I figured you could without taking them off. I went out and measured from the center of te hub to the bottom of the fender and I got 13" all the way around. This will allow the fenders to be level with the top of the tire. I am still wondering about the dampering though. If I remember without looking, you turn it a full two times to get the "sport tuned ride." One turn for the standard factory ride quality. So I'm thinkin about going a turn and a half. Does that sound about right? I don't want a super stiff ride but I also don't want to be bottoming out.

what I meant by sport tuned is that the dampening would make the ride very firm like a sports car. A little more jarring instead of a "luxury sedan/factory" ride if you get my drift.

Has anyone else installed these or tampered with them or are they still sitting in people's living rooms? I'm suprised that more people have jumped on this right away.

ah a question I know and can answer.

you can adjust while rims and tires are on the car.

but the question is now how well can you reach in when the car is lowered.

You can also jack the vehicle up and adjust there. but not always will the adjustments be correct.

the way we did it was grab a level.

doesnt matter if your level or not.

just make sure when your done the bubble is in the same spot it was before you started.

(______()___)
before adjust

(______()___)
After adjust

hope that makes since.
