Cool! I didn't think you'd remember. When they are officially availble, let me know.

Unfortunately I have quit fabricating ALL Millenia parts at the moment. If anyone here can arrange a group buy of 10+ persons I will make anything I made in the past but the one-off here and there deal is totally off. I ended up pissing money out of my ass just to make the stuff. That was not a pleasant experience for me.

Yel-low
you have done an amazing thing, have you had a chance to run a Dyno test to see if there are any enhancement to performance? Also as I am considering this...and live in a country with left hand steering..do you have systems that will fit my moto?

Thank you sir.
No dyno other than the butt dyno. Was hoping a non-affiliate can do an unbiased test. I have not had access to a left-hand drive to prototype anything as yet. I still do have plenty of the intakes sitting around. When I return to my VA location I will be dumping them on Ebay. I will update here when the time comes.

I am FINALLY getting around to getting this intake on (had the SRI but took it off for awhile).

Any thoughts on the filter? I know it is likley good enough, but my concern was decreasing the engine life - is it at all worthwhile to put a prefilter on it or upgrade the cone filter?

Also - wondering if it is worthwhile to install an AEM bypass - AEM INDUCTION 20-403s AIR BYPASS VALVE with CLIP - 3" DIAMETER | eBay

Don't over saturate the filter with oil and you will be just fine. Keep it rinsed and cleaned every few months and you will be good to go. The AEM bypass is a great preventative device but I never designed my intake to work with it so I'm not sure how you'll plumb it in. Perhaps something to consider if I ever do make another batch of them.

use the same oil I have from K&N?

Couldn't the bypass go right before the MAF?

That filter is made in the same place that makes the K&N filter. I bought a pallet of them some years ago. The same place makes filters for numerous other brands. I still have 3/4 of that pallet left. Back in the day I "was" enthusiastic about this stuff but I pretty much lost all interest.

If you can get the bypass valve in there and still bolt up with the brackets that would be great but I'm not sure how that's going to work out.
