Okay MazdaWorld its now or never. Time to re-plan MWM 2010.
Now first I would like to say that the other "forum" is currently planning a meet in ocean city. The first question is, do we (MW.org) want our own meet or just join together with the other forum and do what they have planned? Second is NC still okay for everyone? Anyone think the location of the meet should be changed or have any better suggestions? Now we have to choose a date, first lets agree on a month, then a day. I was tinking August, September, or October. Another thing, do we want to make this Millenia exclusive? MW.org exclusive? If not we can make this a big meet if we collaborate with another forum I have in mind. Ideas for activities welcome.

It will be cooler outside in Sept, and October so I vote on either of those, and you talking about md, for .net

If we do all Mazdas we need to consider the fact we would need a larger venue than a house or something.

I know, and in that case it would most likely be individial hotel rooms. Not 100% on a large meet but If people want it I sure will try.

ok heres is my 2 cents... the bigger the meet the better... that answers the .org and ,net or .org only and the millenia only or mazdas in total. Now the month, i voted for september but there are some college students soo august would be best for them... im not in college this semester.

I agree that the bigger the meet, the better. I'm also in school right now so August would be the only month I could attend. I hope this works out this time! It would be great to see everyone!

Only bad thing about August is theres less time to plan cause it is kind of soon. And it would have to be towards the end of the month.

Well I can't go anymore unfortunately. I'm doing too much traveling already this summer so I can't afford to go. Hope you guys can get something together though.

I think that a plan needs to be made adheared to and carried out, and if it's not a success then never bring up a meet till the next decade. If we keep doing it like this then the place won't suit, or so and so doesn't have money(no offense falcon) or there in college. People make time and money for things they really want to do. Planning time is a must though
