Default Search done on Hesitation

Ok I searched on the Hesitation thing and have Questions on where to get the Silicon hose for replacement of the Vac hoses, and I am thinking of using brass "T"'s and "Y"'s instead of the plastic fittings, as replacement. The car is 2002 "S" It runs good but has the symptoms like has been described in the earlier posts. Reason for the questions is there were no further answers to the suggestion.

And my steering wheel is shedding its skin on the top of the wheel. Any suggestions? Who has one they would like to part with? Its the light colors.

Thanks for your help.

I've seen steering columns listed at junk yards for $150. This should give you the steering wheel, too. However, the air bag might be removed - and, you might need to apply a bit of caution when performing the swap and reinstalling your current air bag.

As suggested, you might want to consult with an upholstery shop and see what they'd charge to apply a new leather skin to the steering wheel. Or, check into some "higher end" steering wheel covers as an alternative. It seems like Wal-Mart, Autozone, Etc. all have hokey steering wheel covers with flames and junk like that on them. Then again, maybe that's a look you're after.

I'll have to look at the "recycle" yards.
Thanks to you all.
