That looks plenty high to get under the car.... well unless you have a gigantic head.
 Put the ramps on the curb. Drive the car up on the sidewalk and then onto the ramp. That should more than enough to get to the pan. There isn't anything easy about it. You are going to have to get on your back and crawl under there. It is a tight squeeze but that's the price you pay for saving yourself a cool $100 bucks.
