i got a 2000 millenia it will start and run but when i put it in gear it has no power. you hit the gas and u just putt along it has the following check engine codes po300 po750 po1402 p1770 ive changed the computer and engine and still the same problem i was reading about how if the sensors in the tranny are bad it will send car in limp home mode can someone help me out thanks dave

You're going to have to go through the codes one by one. I believe the P0300 is a cylinder misfire code. Could be a bad plug, or a plug wire causing that code. However, each code will have to be addressed - though, there could be some chance that fixing one, could resolve one of the other issues.

Welcome to the forum Caban. To follow up on what T2T said, P0300 is a random misfire. You never said if you have the 2.5 or 2.3. Either way check the distributor, coils/wires, plugs. P1402 i'd check the EGR valve, and P1770 is a tranny deal. Like the speed sensor. Check that also. The gurus know a lot more than i do, but either way check the link out that T2T left for you. Its VERY helpful. So is this forum.
My next question is what made you replace the ECU and motor? What happened to the original motor and ECU?
