Default Radiator change question

How labor intensive is it to change out a radiator on an 02 Milly S? I was told much of the front end would have to come off and the AC evacuated.

That is false. Stay far far away from whoever told you that.

Replacing the radiator is super simple and shouldn't take you more than a hour start to finish. No special tools needed, nothing fancy about it.

A shop should charge you about 1 hours labor at the most.

The AC does not need to be evacuated. The front end does not need to come off.

Wow, I'm really suprised. He has always been pretty good about repairs. I guess I'll have to question him in the morning before he starts the work.

If he told you that I would not be taking my car there for any reason what-so-ever.

Yeah it looks simple. It's just the 2.3 is all cramped and stuff. Guess the 2.5 is also (never seen one before). Either way the only person I know on the forum who has to take the front end off of his car, is Yel-low and thats for the timing job on the audi. Bum bum buuuum! If I get me one I'll have to plant a money tree and share the harvest with the Millenia gang.
