Millenia wins! Hahaha... Yeah I think the last year for the 5.0 was 94. And didnt that generation mustang have problems with the heads warping?

What did you really expect from the poster? Though a member for the past 6 years here and 200+ posts, it appears as though he doesn't own a Millenia (or Mazda) anymore. He's just bouncing in and out of this thread to rattle the cage a bit.

I will say this though, it seems like with the many Mustang owners that I've encountered - and, their desire to have a loud and fast car is reassuring to them because it makes up for their ... well ... lack of manhood.

Yeah, I have a GT sticker, cowl hood and supercharger sticker It's still just a V6. The intake and exhaust really wake this engine up, I have never had a problem with a Millenia S before...they all see my tail lights.

You are right, I lack manhood because of my choice of car. Mustang4lyfe. You are not too far from me if you are in NOVA, come a few miles south and try the stang.

So, you're implying that the GT sticker and Supercharger stickers are just for show? Unbelievable. About the only think you might be missing is a "Type - R" sticker. I hear those are good for another 10 H.P.

I don't have a Millenia "S" - and, I don't street race. What's your motive by posting on a Millenia forum, if you don't own a Millenia? I'm just trying to figure out your M.O.

While I won't race you, I'd love to watch one of your street races.

I take that back, the year of his Mustang V6 made 145 horsepower from a 3.8 liter V6 when it was BRAND SPANKING NEW, Im guessing he has alot of miles on it and has probably lost at least 10-15 horsepower somewhere in there, so his intake and exhaust would probably bump it back to stock numbers or slightly more, 145-150 horsepower. They accelerated from 0-60 in anywhere from 9-11 seconds depending on if it was an auto or manual, 1/4 mile in the high 16s at best, run 17s all day long. A new base Honda Civic with a 1.8 liter 140 hp Inline 4 is much faster if not just as fast(0-60 in 8s for manual, 10s for auto, 1/4 mile in 16s-17s), it has basically the same power but weighs 300-400 lbs less.

Lol T2T i wanna type-r sticker for the millenia! That should boost my miller up an xtra 10 hp... IDK if i need it though.

Cardana, IDK whats up with the hood if it's nothing special under it. It's just extra weight. The millenia is the only car that I havent had the desire to change anything. I even like the BOSE system. It makes good bass for me. Im pretty sure the last owner never messed with the bass/treb settings on the car, cause they were all equal. Well... I fixed that... I've always wanted to put 18s/20s on the car, but I dont have a reason to justify replacing the rims.

It's very special, it was expensive. Cowl induction hoods are not cheap!

Just roll donk style, lift it and put some 24"s on it.

No offense, but you basically have a truck engine under your hood, 145 bhp and 220 lb-ft of torque. So it "feels" way faster than it actually does, it may even "feel" faster than cars that are lightyears faster than it, like the Honda Civic Si (197 bhp/ 137 lb-ft.) for example. The fact remains that when the engine was brand new it made the same power as a 1994 Honda Accord 2.2 liter 4-cylinder, 145 horsepower, that car from the same time was several hundred pounds lighter and was/is faster than your Stang, and we all know Accords cant do the 1/4 mile in 15s or 0-60 in 7s like the Millenia S can. 94-97 VTEC Accords did 0-60 in about 8 seconds with manual and 10 with auto, which considering it has a superior power to weight ratio of your Mustang, the Accord is faster. Think about that...

do you stay on wikipedia all day? How do you know the performance of every vehicle? I have never run my car at the track, but I am guessing it would run low 14's. I don't think a millenia will do that.
