If you scan for OBD codes, you'll probably have two of them stored. One for the boost control system (ABV) and the other for your culprit solenoid (vac or vent). Each is a little over $50, and while you can probably get away with replacing just the one that's throwing the code, it might be a good idea to replace the pair.

1540 is the ABV code. 1526 is the vent solenoid.

Part numbers:

KJ02-18-741A - vacuum solenoid - $52.44
KJ03-18-741A - vent solenoid - $52.44

Prices are from parts.com.

There is a vacuum diagram under tech section. Check that out.

I had problems with parts.com. Buy from tasca mazda parts .com they are a tad cheaper as well..

if you are standing in front, and looking towards the rear, the vent solenoid is second from the right side, and the vacuum is #4, or closest to the driver
