97 Millenia L won't start
Also, I have no power to the OBDII diagnostic port for some reason so I can't pull the codes. Some searching said it might be the 120A fuse but for the life of me I can't figure out how to pull it. Help!

take a picture of what the fuse looks like and where ts located. i dont have my car with me but i think the is a bracket there holding it down.
