quarter panel replacement

My sister asked if I want this car. It's side swiped the whole length on passenger side. How hard are quarter panels to replace on this car? Is it bolted and welded?
Any advice?

Advice ?.. get some appraisal from at least 3 reputable Bodyshop (anything better than maico is ok) in ur area.. then decide if u want to jump in ..

I forgot to add the only replacement panel is going to come from a donor car. The #1 aftermarket quarter panel replacement supplier for the Millenia stopped stamping them years ago. The only NEW ones left on the market are some odd ones remaining in Mazda's warehouse parts stash. I'll let you do the work but when I last looked into it; the panel cost more than my entire car.
