Cherry red exhaust is a typical sign of a plugged catalytic converter.

you might need to adjust the air/fuel mixture.

I unplug the big one just before the resonator and I didn't know about the one right after the manifold Ill have a look at this is there chance that my o2 sensor just burned in there due to the cherry red color? I got no check engine light on or nothing. How do I ajust the air/fuel mixture???

Not possible in modern day fuel injected engines..... well without pulling the whole factory ecm and replacing it with an aftermarket "tuneable" one.

actually, i think you can adjust the mixture. first, you need the original mazda fuel maps. then you need a readout on the ecu, to see where all the maps are. probably need to hire a couple of the mazda engineers who designed the fuel system. the computer used to design/manufacture the ecu would be nice, too. then i think you can adjust the fuel mixture. to what, well, that would be another problem.
