I changed the upstream O2 sensors just because the car was at 158k. O2 sensors typically last at most 100k. My fuel economy improved by 5-7%. I am getting 23mpg average, 25mpg if I drive far. Will prolly get 26-27 if I drive all hwy. This is 2.3L.

Besides synthetic oil and ATF (dexron6) helps with the fuel economy, I have none as of now.

I usually use premium (91octane when avil.) During the week I do all stop light to stop light driving and probably get ~21 mpg. however when i do drive highway i see a great increase. Best yet was a 450 mile trip only filled once after starting the trip and still had plenty left when i got there so id say i get 25-27 highway. this is with a K&N cone filter and cat back so the rose it a little
