Default P1170 Fuel/Air Metering 99 2.5L

When I connect my Actron, I'm getting this code:
P1170 Fuel/Air Metering as pending. This is on a 99 Millenia 2.5L with 137K miles. The engine light is not on yet, but I can't get rid of this code. I clear it, and after I drive the car 20 miles or so, it is back in the memory as pending. Any ideas?

Thanks. I will work on it this weekend. Now the light is on with the code P1170. I'm thinking of replacing all the vacuum lines. The Millenia is my winter car and I will be needing it very soon. The snow is coming and my Camaro doesn't like the snow at all.

i was wrong. 1170 is heated o2 sensor, front right bank. however, be prepared for it to be something that is killing the sensor, like running really rich, stuck injector, etc. if the new sensor dies quickly, you gotta look further than the sensor

Now I'm getting a second code, P0150. "O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 1". Where is this sensor located?
Thanks.

right bank is the rear. left bank is the front. sounds like both sensors are marginal, which may mean a fuel problem. do you have a miss?

No misfire. The car starts and runs like normal, still above 20 mpgs in city and above 25 mpgs on highway.

on the exhaust manifolds above the pre-cats but after the head

you will need to pull the radiator fan to get to the front one and on the rear you can do it without removing any parts if you use an offset o2 sensor wrench and an extension

something like this
Amazon Amazon
