99 milly s cel on again/bad luck day lol

I posted a while ago on here about my fiances millenia s. I got the cel off and it stayed off for about a month. The problem was a broken vent line in the tank, as soon as the car was reset and the vent line fixed it performed much better.
Now a few days ago the cel came back on, it s again performing poorly possibly the same code I imagine, or does this car go into some sort of limp mode when the cel is on >?

The day after the cel came back, my fiance lost $200 worth of makeup while we were at the gym, I ran over a chunk of ice in my cadillac and it broke through my gas tank pouring about 30 liters out during a 10 minute drive, and also cracked an entire weld on my exhaust lol. Theres more too, I had to throw out a 3 year old comforpedic mattress because I found out on the same day they need to breathe, or they will mold!
