'01 tranny issue

The gasket (FX0119803) will cost $11 from the local dealer, crossing my fingers it is the right part. When I asked for a pan gasket and filter they want $72 for the filter and $59 for the pan gasket. I got a filter and gasket for $15 from a local aftermarket parts store.

Its a paper gasket. BMW M3 suspension links are $30ish. A piece of paper shouldnt cost $44.
