AC smell

Has anyone else had a vinegar smell from the air conditioning on startup?
My dealer say a musty or rotten egg smell can be caused by mold buildup but have never heard of a vinegar smell. I had one deoderizer treatment but the smell came back.

Lysol works best. Turn the fan on and freshair vent open then spray Lysol into the vent under the windshield on the passenger side.
