Change 2003 Protege Wheel Bearing

Hi, forgive me if this topic has been talked about many times.

I did do some research using Google and in the library.

Here is my problem, I took out the wheel, break pads and the rotor, don't know what to do next.

My question is the big locknut in the blue circle is almost very hard to take off, what kind of tool do i need? do i have to take it off in order to continue?
