323 (2003) Central Locking Issue

Hi guys, bit of a newbie here.
I have a 2003 1.3 lxi Mazda 323 (Facelift model [newish headlights])

I only was given two keys upon purchase, now when I lock the car, it works fine by just key, but everytime I unlock the car on the passenger door the alarm always goes off. Also 50% of the time this happens on the driver door too.

ANy ideas?

Is it also possible to tell if the mazda originally had REMOTE central locking and someone has just lost the fob over time?
