1995 Mazda MX3 Problem

ok so long story short i havent been driving my car at all. for the reason that i changed my cltch 2x and my transmission 3xs and my car wont go on reverse at first all my gears wouldnt go in now all gears go in except reverse does anyone know what is causing this problem. before i put the gear oil all gears went in after i filled the trans wit gear oil my reverse gear wont go thru. can any one help me .

This could be the same problem I ran into w/ my MX6, I had removed this bolt when I went to check the oil level from the front of the transmission, but this bolt hold the back of the reverse gear shaft and should not be removed, do you think this could be the problem?
