Default Car stalling.

Okay so my car is a 2003 speed protege, has been amazing for me so far but just recently it has been acting up. any time i drive it normally starts within the first 5-10 mins of starting my car. ill drive itll feel like its bogging down so i drop it to neutral and then my rps will go from .5 to 1 and then drop to zero, when this happens i lose all control of the engine and all my check engine and dashbored lights show up and then i have to restart the car hopeing that it turns back on. Does anyone know what is going on it normally goes away if i rev the engine to about 5-6 rpms. but kinda scary driving and having this happen to you. any help would be nice i can get vids if anyone thinks it'll help. thanks!

I think that it is to be turned out to be a bad electrical connection on the positive terminal of the battery. I also found the B+ cable at the alternator was loose. I cleaned everything up and tightened the cables at the alternator, started and battery, as well as the ground strap near the battery, and all worked well again.

I think so, sounds like your car starts choking for air. Check your Mazda's filters and see if they're dirty, or completely clogged.
