626 auto trans
Have a 1998 626 LX with auto trans. The car will move in drive ok, but when you go to reverse, it will move a little, then the trans will lock up as if you had put unit in park. If you go forward again, after several attemps at backing, it will release and you can back up, but not to far before it locks up again. Any ideas as what the problem is and how to fix it?
