i was considering buying all new headlight assemblies from a wreck/online dealer
slicing off the lenses and having custom clear lenses fabbed up at a plastics place... could a person do that, and then put in an HID conversion kit and just swap in the new lights? |

Sounds like alot of hassle, I dont see why you cant get it done, anything is possible with money. HID can work in almost everything, theres so many kits out there.

well, i figured the eaasiest way is to buy OEM headlights and replace the lenses.
myfriend wants me to custom make DIAMOND headlights theyd look nice, but, the INSIDE of the headlight assembly, thats not really possible to alter much is it? if i put in HIDs, i would need proper clear lenses, any plastics fabricator could do something up for a few hundred bucks,.... but is there anything inside the headlight i would need to change up that wouldnt come with the HID kit? reflective material? |
