Dont know if this guy will post here but Ill try to get him too. Ive been asking him for pictures for a while and when I went back to CarDomain today, BAMN !!! All 302" squeezed under the hood of an HC. Let the pictures speak for themselves.

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2547280

Heres what he has to say -

"1989 mazda 929, with a 5.0 liter fuel injected MOTOR FROM A FORD MUSTANG. IT ALSO HAS A T5 TRANS ALSO. 2.5 INCH EXHAUST WITH 2 CHAMBER FLOW MASTER MUFLLERS EXITING STOCK LOCATION. FULL SET OF AUTOMETER QUAGES AND FACTORY WORKING INDICATOR LIGHTS. 15" 1999 V6 MUSTANG RIMS. THE MOTOR IS BASIC, NOTHING TO RADICAL. JUST A CAM ROLLER TIPPED ROCKERS AND MILLED HEADS."

The swap is sic, the autometer gauges are also a nice touch but there really isnt anything more appealing. I guess its a sleeper or some sort but those V6 Mustang rims gotta go !

I wonder what his 1/4 is ??? Im guessing it would be high 14's with an estimated 240+ HP & maybe slightly more torque

good to see a V8 conversion done. my next project was going to be another 929 hardtop with a lexus or infinity v8 with a D1 procharger and intercooler hanging off it. love the sound of the V8's.

As much as I love the Toyota 260HP 4L or 290HP 4.3 (Vvt-i) V8. I think the Nissan 4.5 would be great, it easily makes over 300HP/TQ...

Love the sound of twin cam V8's !
