you will need some sort of insertion rubber belt to sit inbetween the alloy spacer and the bodywork..

4wd vehicles that use body spacer kits have to put the insertion rubber disk inbetween the body and spacer or the edge of the spacer cuts into the body work..

have seen this first hand for myself (even saw one where the spacer had cut right through the body panel/plate)

personally id go nulethane as atleast there is a little give in the system as you dont want to be riping body work from mounts not designed to handle outright ridgid pressure..

just my 2 cents

I dont know about 4wd vehicles, but I ran full solids/aluminum mounts for motor/trans/subframe in my 240. I never had one issue out of it.

I know a few people running them in both FC's and 240sx's and again, they haven't seen any problems.

plus our cars are much heavier as well. Also once you put coilovers in the car you'll notice the movement in the rar subframe alot more than normal. I am keen to figure out a solution to this.

Yes, you notice subframe shifting in all cars with coilovers and old bushings. Had the same problem with my FC as well as my 240. They way to correct it is poly bushings, or replace the bushings with full aluminum.

I plan to get a hold of a shop and see what it will cost for aluminum bushing replacements, if they fail and rip something out. Ill buy another chassis and strengthen what broke.

Potentially everything we put on our cars, or any car for that fact has a chance of making another part fail. Its unstoppable, and really there is no way around it.
