Sim, are you going to do the cross member bushings, too? You do know that for rear subframe bushings there are upper and lower bushings, right? Are you going to do both? What kind of prices are we doing to be looking at so far? Are you going to have the rack bushings and front subframe bushings done at the same time? Are all of them going to be as stiff as possible?

This is the company that I was going to have do the bushings that you're going to do:

http://www.goturethane.com/RunScript.asp?p...SP\Pg1.asp

I had already talked to them a couple of times and everything was looking good. All I had to do was send the rubber bushings to them and some some instructions for what I wanted to have done. Then they'd call me with a price and to verify what I wanted done, I make payment on the job, polys get made, and then I'd get the custom polys in about 3 weeks. Sounds perfect to me but now you're doing it, so lets see what happens sim...

I'm down to get a kit. Thanks for taking the job off my hands, now I can focus on other things for the car like the custom adjustable sway bars I've been thinking about. After you get your kit done please let me know what the it cost you to get it made and what you'd charge for a kit. Oh, you know what else would be cool poly C/V boots.

When you got the replacements from Mazda were able to get the rear bushing as a set or did you have to buy them individually?

im going to do all bushings the KDM doesnt cover.

as for the rear subframe bushing, the ones ive circled in the pic and written the part numbers on i posted after yours of the rear member shows which ones im doing.

im about to get a front member blow out plan and check the bushing that are in that as well. ill get you to show me which ones arent covered by the KDM kit. ill order them and get them polyfied as well!!

so it will be like a subframe kit.

i'm quite willing to send the kit to the people you have spoken to if they have a heads up about it.. as long as this gets done i dont care who does it!! lol

also boys if you want poly engine mounts (less engine movement) check down the page - POLYESTER ENGINE MOUNTS. they have gearbox mounts too

check here - http://www.noltecsuspension.com/products.php

its also another supplier i was looking at

as for taking it off your hands i hope it is ok.. as since the bushes were available here i thought id just do it..

the rear subframe bushes were sold individually.

the "lower" front bush of the rear subframe was $130 each (i got one as they are the same both sides)
the "upper" rear bush of the rear subframe was $36 each (i got one as they are the same both sides)

hbcosmo is helping me source the bushes through a friend that works at mazda in adelaide..

so while i can im getting all this sorted.. i might even order 10 complete sets of the member kit to bring the price down as well. but will see the cost first.

if we assume that the kdm kit is for control arm and compression rod, the only bushings u need in the front are the crossmember bushings
34-610b
34-620a
looks like a kit called
34-80d
im assuming u need the same for the other side, even if its not marked as a bushing, either in the part sheet of the manual.

34-153 comes with the swaybar kit. in total front and back u need 12.
in one my kdm kits there is one small 34-153 missing. it probably escaped through a small hole in the bag.

if i remember correctly, the rear trailing arm bushing doesent come seperate. but it should be easy to make, if you know the dimentions.

also to "sort" our rear chamber from lowering.

anyone seen these or tried them?? im thinking of giving them a go. as anything to get the wheel more perpendicular (as the chamber angle is stupidly big when lowering) has got to be a bonus for grip & tyre wear.
