well my 200K service coming up and here is a list of things to do, Feel free to add

* Timing belt (got a Dayco kit with belt, cam seals, idlers, hydrolic tentioner)
* Gearbox filter and fluid
* Coolling system Flush (probably will have to take it somewhere)
* watter pump
* Accessory belt pulleys bearings
* will try to do the O2 sensor as well
* and the usal service stuff (sparks, oil + Filter, Fuel Filter)

now questions, did i forget anything or is there might as wells there to do

and the main one, any tips on changing the front cam seals and timing seal? and rear cam seals, can they be done on the car without removing heads?

got my hands full with this one for sure, but the car is purring and want to keep it that way

Brake fluid flush, front crank seal and diff oil... other than that it all sounds pretty good.

Front cam seals are pretty easy, once you have pulled everthing apart the hardest part will be getting the timing belt pullys off the front of the cams. Theres no such thing as rear cam seals so your fine with that. The front cam seal is just to stop oil getting through to the timing belt case.

Tips on changing the seals is just to get a flat head screw driver in the soft bit on the inner of the seal and flick it out.

yeah Timing seal, i meant crank seal, but looking in the manual looks like the timing cover needs to come off in order to do the crank seal.

rear cam seals, well there are plugs at the back of the heads (that leak together with o-rings).... they are like welsh plugs but have rubber coating.

Well if you are doing the timing belt and tensioners the covers need to come off anyway.

just looked at the manual and what i am talking about they are calling front cover, basically:

1. you have belt pulleys
2. plastic covers
3. belt sprocket
4. front cover (the one that bolts onto the front of the block)

EDIT:

just had a look, looks like will do the oil pan gasket too (have to take it off to get to the front cover)

EDIT 2:

number 31 is what i\'m talking about:

reason i am doing this, is i have a leak in the front (slow leak) and i was told that its a usual place for JEs to leak

Oh right, i see what your talking about. I dont see any reason why you would have to pull that off, the seal will just pull straight out from the front.

Not a good picture, but just behind the lower pulley, there should be a little tin shield, then the seal will be just behind there (and yes, as you can see it is a common leak). I dont know about your motor, but mine was also leaking out of the tensioner, as it is fed with oil pressure.

it is strange, the manual says that the seal needs to be inserted from the back of that plate..... i'll photo the pages and put them up

also, not sure on the DOHC, but on single cam the tensioner is a single oil filled sealed unit... and with time looses strength and does not stretch the belt

EDIT: on side note.... where is Nick (Nitros)???

Lol I'm still here man... As i said just now in nine2nines thread uni is completely making me its bitch, got so many assignments and now I've got exams coming up. -sigh- Also been poor as an african beggar because work cut back my hours. So not alot happening in the way of cars.

But to comment on your post, looks like you have covered most pressing things. Maybe do the power steering as well however.
