well youve got 3 options really,
1 buy a new/used dash (also make sure there just selling you the pice you want and not the whole dash) either a junkyard or a mazda dealership or something.
2 look for a vinyl leather and plastics repair shop. or just a auto interior shop should be able to fix it.
3 fix it yourself, you will need all the parts that may have broken off but it can be done as long as you have all the pieces. http://forums.mazdaworld.org/index.php?showtopic=39126
