It takes 7 seconds to startup. but if I tap on the throttle very lightly it starts up quickly if I dont tap on the throttle it takes to long. I have sound clips.

the odd thing is the shop said its nothing and had a complete tune service done. plugs cap wires ect.. filter.. and after it still had the same issue when leaving the shop. they dont know what happen.

Idle control valve (location depends on the model you have) blocked
PCV valve stuck open (would have some rough running though if its that)
fuel pressure regulator
low coolant

have any of the above been checked?

honestly it sound like teh ICV, because if it closed (and should be open when cold) then has no flow, when you tap the pedal opening the TB you allow that burst of air to start (that ICV should be providing)

you have HC?

What year 929 do you have?

But it does some like you need to check the idle control valve. I had the same problem on my white 929 and that's what it ended up being, well that and the fuel filter needed to be replaced.
