Default 89 929 US Model Switch Question

Resurrected my old 89 HC! New brake line, new rear pads. Getting ready for the state safety inspection but my turn signal switch seems to be acting up. Right turn indicator is fine, left takes nearly 10 seconds to start flashing. Won't pass. I am pretty sure it's the switch in the column as fiddling around with it makes the blinkers come on. Both bulbs, front and rear are fine, 4-way flashers are fine.
Soooo, really looks like I have to replace the headlight, directional combination switch. Does anyone have a Hollander number for this thing? I'm going to do a junk-yard search on-line and Hollander is the best way to be sure I'm asking for the right switch. If someone has the Mazda part number that would be great too.
Is this easy to replace, i.e. take apart plastic column covers, unplug switch and replace?
Car just ran a 100 mile drive to work after being asleep for nearly 2 years. A/C seals gave it up but overall, I'm impressed at how well it came back from the semi-dead. This car is going to belong to my new driver son, his first car and his introduction to skinned knuckles and inventive swear words :-)

Thanks Much DMeister, turned out to be a rusty bulb and socket in the front. Cleaned it out and all is flashing like it should. For once, a piece of cake. Now all I have to fix is a rear brake not letting go the way it should. Hopefully just a little rust inside caliper. Sliders are OK but the piston really is very hard to move. Sat all this winter with snow up to its roof, not a good thing for the old girl.

RockAuto had rear loaded calipers for US$37. No core charge. I bought two and figure this'll fix the old thing for a long time. I boght a couple of rebuild kits and will rebuild my old calipers in case my other 929 needs rears at some point.
Car is almost 100% back to usable running condition for small change and a lot of work.
