Default RB25DET mazda luce

Well ok i have two luces i dont go on here alot but i have giving up on the je-ze aka je26 or the silly little jf-t so now i will embark on putting a rb25det in i will put up pics cars a little ruff but its all good i got me some subaru 4 pot callipers for the front and 2 pot for the rear

Why such a rubbish engine? Its a big step up from what we get from the factory, but a conversion is a lot of work, so make sure you spend the money to get the engine with the most potential first up.

Looking forward to seeing it all happen though. They are a fantastic looking and riding car, just underpowered.

subaru calipers?! do they bolt up? are they better than fc3s calipers? i am buying fc3s hubs discs calipers for front. gona max lock it and shits. lota plans but im broke =(

get fd calipers. much stronger and arent prone to "spread" under heavy braking situations.

i really need to get on the forums more um the subaru calipers were for free so yea and there 4 pot 2pot rear sti brakes there ok and the luce goes runs has factory digital dash all working with speedo temp oil light engine check light tacho jus getiing drvie shaft made this week then i got my baby back boosting heres a video off it first start no TPS conected so runs rough buts its all sweet now

Sweet mate, sounds good. You've given me some inspiration to actually start on mine again. You able to give us any tips on how you got on with the speedo?

Be interested to see how you get on with the radiator too. Ive tried to keep the aircon, so even with the radiator tank against the support panel i only have around 70mm for thermos.

um yea i dont have any fans atm but i will sort that today take some good pics of my looms and stuff still got to touch up o a few thing radiator lol um wel where do i start its horey as but im changing to a full alloy one after my cert so i dont mind atm but im worried about the bonnet closing havent got that far yet but we will see i really want to put air con back in i thought of finding a slightly smaller condensor and chaging pipes and stuff but i dunno gota get it legal first

did u adjust bonnet hinges to make rear bonnet lift up like drift style cars? ive done it but put it bak cause i always take bonnet out so i dnt bother doin it perfect til it all done hahah. liftd bonnet helps reduce eng heat bro
