my 91 miata will not idle and will only run if i hold above 2300rpms. i got a haynes manual it said check egr but there is not one where it says it should be.

make sure you dont have a leak after your mass air flow sensor, if you dont pull off your throttle body and clean out your idle air control valve, just take it all apart and clean it very well this should help
