My '03 MPV have only 500 mi. From the first day I brought it home, when I make a right turn up the curb on the drive way, the right side of the "wheel area" creates some loud clicking noise. I brough it to Mazda dealer twice but they could not fix the problem.

Does anybody aware of this problem?

If they couldnt diagnose it at the dealer, its pretty hard to do on the internet It doesnt sound like anything serious, just something in the suspension binding up slightly. Does it do it on every right hand turn, or just into your driveway?
My suggestion would be to take it to a different dealer and let them look at it too, just to make sure everythings ok.

To Gruss question:
It doesn't do it when turn right on a flat surface, only "elevation". It doesn't do it on the left turn when goes up the drive way either.

I would have to jsut think somethings binding up, and it will either work itself out, or get a little worse...if its the latter then they'll have to fix it. I really dont know much about the mpv suspension so its hard to say. So I'll stick to the 1st post, if theres another dealer close by that you can have look at it I would get the 2nd opinion.

The service shop told me today that Mazda "Corporate" will send them a recording device with 5-6 microphones to record the noise. My guess is the shop will send the "sound" file back to "Corporate" for analysis.

Thumbs up

One additional note, the service shop manager told me they were able to duplicate the problem with one of their '03 on the lot. This might turn in to a recall. STAY TUNE!!!!

Does anybody know if this problem qualify for Lemon Law if they can't fix it after many attempts?

Depends on the state, and if its an actual "problem" It may be annoying but if it doesnt effect longevity of the car or safety it would probably be hard to get the lemon law invoked
