My low fuel light does not come on when I turn the ignition on every thing else lights up,but the low fuel light. We have ran the MPV low on fuel to see if the light will kick on but It did not,we had the needle thing at the top of the white line above the E ,lower of course driveing up and down the mountains here. We've checked fuses and all,Any ideas?? Melissa

when you first start the car or turn the key on the light won't light up like all the other things on the dash.
The gauge is useless it kicks or start to flash when you are below the last line.

well thats not cool.by the time it kicks on i'll be walking, lol.I guess i'll never see it because i'll never get it low enough,i'm just not a fan of walking. My plymouth van has the low gas light and it lights up when you turn the key but goes back off when you start if you have gas that is,I was expecting the Mazda to be the same.
