Are these instructions specific to the 2000 model year, or are other model years similar? I am looking for instructions for a 2003 MPV remote (with dual electric sliding doors).

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My 1999 Millenia has the same programming instructions. The procedure might be common across most Mazda models.

It's the small plunger button in each door jamb that turns the interior light on/off when the door is opened/closed. It's also tied to the security system and door locks. The instructions say you can press the button X number of times or you can open and close the driver's door X number of times to perform the same function.

My 2000 MPV fob works the door locks and even the panic button, but neither it or the door lock button or the ket itself will arm the anti-theft system. Any ideas?

Also, what do you mean by "door lock actuators"? Is this the button on the fob or the door?
