One of the seatbelts in my MPV is stuck. It is fully retracted, but I cannot pull it out any more. It's locked like after you slam on the brakes. Is there something I can do to get this thing working????

Anybody???? How about a "How to " guide on replacing the seat belt assembly? Thanks.
