mine is a DOHC!!

I replaced the alternator belt at the weekend and the fella who did it hooked it up to his diagnostics laptop. He said there was a misfire in cyl no1, a pre ignition timing problem and a fault with the power steering (which was as a result of the alternator belt snapping??). He said he reset everything and it should be fine and it was for a day and now its back to its old tricks again. I dont mind the slow starting as much as the stalling, it hasn't actually stalled since but thats partly because I give it petrol when I feel it about to - although if I keep doing that I could find myself stuck in the back of another car!!
