92-93 Mx-3 sunroof came standard on the GS however power windows and locks were an option. When looking for a GS make sure it is a manual as the automatic tends to burn up easy. 94 up discontinued the GS except for canada which received the cockpit style dash , airbags , (93) optional leather interior (SE/25th) and manual seatbelts (all Canadian model years have manual seatbelts) but , other then that they are pretty much the same through out the years. There was a 96-98 MY built , but never made it to the U.S. (96 was the last year in Canada) In 93 Mazda built 2000 25th anniversary editions that came standard with Leather interior (heated seats, door panel inserts , steering wheel , shift knob and emergncy brake boot) and it came in rasberry metallic , Brilliant black (rare color) , Blaze red (rare color) and Laguna blue (rare color) and uniqe wheels.
Converting a non-powered GS to power windows and locks is easy and straight forward all you need is the power door panels with switches , power window regulators , wiring harness from the doors and a fuse to insert into the fuseblock the rest of the wiring harness is already there from the pillar forward all you have to do is plug-in the door harness to the harness in the door pillar. Note: Canadian MX-3 power window harness will not work with a U.S. harness , the wiring is different as they got the 1 touch express down switch. See MX-3.com for more info about the MX-3..
