1996 MX-3 1.8i v6 abs co2 emission???

Hello,

I am about to buy a mx-3 1996 1.8i v6 abs in the UK and register it in Ireland. Unfortunately our law has just changed and I will have to pay the tax based on co2 emission not engine size. I cannot really find anything on internet, apart from the website www.smmtco2.co.uk but it is not enough for Irish revenue, as far as I am concerned the co2 emission on this model is 220 mg but I need to have a reliable proof...If I do not find it they will make me pay over the roof!!!

This car was firstly registered in UK, it is not a Japanese import.

Any advice? Would you know how can I get it? There is nothing about it on the official documentation attached to the vehicle according to the trader.
