my car seems to die as soon as i give it gas and was wondering if anyone knows what it could be from? I have a 96 mazda Mx3 precidia V6 1.8L.....

Is it throwing any codes?? Check your intake piping for cracks. It could be a number of things fuel pressure , bad sensor , vacuum leak , clogged fuel filter , fuel pump may be on its way out , MAF/VAF sensor gone bad.
