just bought 93 mx3 with lkze need things fixed.

Hi everyone im new to the forum. I just bought a 93 klze swap mx3 yesterday. Problems it has is needs a new rear motor mount, found someone to do that for 70 bucks. Its grinding into third but onwer drove with me in it to get to his ride so i could take it and it never grinded when he went into third. What i need to know is what i can use to get the passendger door to stop sagging it clunks when u close it unless u lift up while closing. And the driver side window goes up half way then has to be assisted by hand and doesnt close all the way unless pulled up. Im guessing its just not on the track properly. And a very annoying thing is the car was lower a lot like so low that about half the top of the tire is up inside the fender wells and it rides so stiff and uncomfortable is the a cheap spring set i can get to raise it and smooth it out a bit. And if anyone can help me figure out why the **** my seatbelt allert keeps beeping and flashing at me when i hit any bumps.
