Airbag Light Code 47?

Ive seen the previous posts about airbag lights blinking 4-6....and Ive had my pretensioner (with explosive device!) replaced a couple years ago...

does anyone know what code 4-7 may indicate? Id hate to go in and have them replace the seatbelt mech. AGAIN if its for something else?!?

This has happened to me more times than I care to remember. I am bringing it in tomorrow for this once again and want it fixed. If you reach under the front passenger seat, there is a wire that is tucked up under there, it comes out of the floor behind the passenger seat (black wire). If it is on the floor, you need to push it back togather, then shove it back up under the seat. My guess is that the actual connecter is bad, and not making a tight connection which is why it goes off. The dealers answer is to shove it back togather & back under the seat

I brought it in yesterday & once again the service writer went & pushed the plug back togather, altho this time it was the connection under the dash- drivers side near the console attached under the radio.

THank you, it WAS loose (probably from someone kicking it)

thats irritating that it is so exposed that it comes loose regularly, ill remember to keep it more protected.

I too have had this happen more times then I care to count. Only bright side, is while its still under warranty take it in and if your dealer is anything like mine, they alway kick in a car detailing while its there.
