b2000 pick up

hi , i have just changed the headgasket on the truck put it back togther , and doesnt seem to want to fire up at all , plenty of spark at plugs and the timing pulley wheel was mared and put back in place , would be gratefull of any ideas , also there seems to be a wire coming from automatic choke but doesnt doesnt go to anything , anyone knows or could post a picture to tell me where it should go ??

The wire goes to the back of the alternator.
