95 b2300 clutch is barley getting me into gear

I just bought this truck from craigslist and am already having problems. When I fire up the truck in the morning its not that bad. After about 3-4 miles if I hit a red light, I can barley get the truck moving. I have to let the clutch all the way out, and right at the end 1/4inch window it throws me into first gear then I can feel a rattle under my foot (the clutch pedal). I just bought this truck in hawaii! Yes the wife and I moved here, but i have no mechanic I trust here and I feel like im going to get taken if I bring it in.

Some help on this site would be a god send. Thanks for any suggestions.
