Parts dinosaur.com has new ones for $5. Haven't used the vendor yet, but seems like he is together. I haven't replaced mine, but researched a bunch when one was noisy, sounds like very small oil passageways inside these, clean oil is most important. Replacing with new is probably your best bet.

Any used ones will likely have the same wear problems your old ones do. You need new ones, and you need to make sure that they are getting enough oil pressure. This means cleaning the oil galleries, and using a good oil filter, no FRAM here. Use high end oil filters, and the proper 5w30 oil without any additives. Your tap noise can have other sources too.

Have you pulled the head? You might have a bad valve or worn valve seats or a cracked head, and those can contribute to a ticking noise.

Watch about using the High mileage filter
they are more restrictive and will lower your oil output
A lighter oil would help with flow, as long as you don't have any major leaks
