Hi! I'm a newbie and a question!

Hi ppl I just signed up and great to be here!

I have a mazda cx9 2012 auto and recently I have been experiencing transmission jerking or harsh engagement when I shift from R to D or D to N and then back to D.
I feel like it happens after I have quickly shifted from reverse to forward. If I reverse, stop, neutral, let foot off break for a second, break, drive I don't have this issue. I do notice it if I am going quickly between reverse and drive and don't allow the car to disengage from reverse to drive with a complete stop. I don't have the issue all the time. It is very noticeable and frustrating when it happens.
I dont know if this is kinda normal thing to do? I know when the car is in a hill or downhill the tranmission gets locked and it will make the jerking and harsh sound when trying to change the gear.
Does or did anyone have this problem? I dont think its a bad fluid though. Alot of ppl has said about this issue and want to know if this is a common problem or its kinda normal thing to have.
Any information is appreciated!. Thanks
