Default clutch biting point

hi im new to the club, i have just bought a mazda xedos 2 litre v6 sport it a 1996 model having only coverd 45000 miles (yes 45000 miles)my question is the clutch biting point or take up point this is approx 2 inches from floor is this normal ? also can the clutch pedal be adjusted manually thanks andyboy

Hi can anyone confirm that the clutch pedal on a 1996 mazda xedos can be adjusted maually ,as the biting point is really low having only covered 45,000 miles. Thanks andy

if you have gone only some points than as per my mind there will be no need of changing the clutch pedals
